Permanent Makeup Cosmetic Tattoo in Thailand
Permanent Makeup also known as Permanent Cosmetics, Micro-pigmentation or Cosmetic Tattoos are now widely available from many cosmetic surgeries.
Permanent makeup is becoming an increasingly popular cosmetic procedure, not just for those who wish to forget their daily makeup routine but also for those who have skin imperfections or allergies to conventional makeup. Permanent Makeup also known as Permanent Cosmetics, Micropigmentation or Cosmetic Tattoos are now widely available from many cosmetic surgeries.
The permanent cosmetics are made possible through a procedure called Micropigmentation. This involves embedding an organic pigment underneath the skin to add permanent colour, a hand-held device that punctures the skin hundreds of times per minute with a very thin needle is used to push the pigment into the desired location, much the same as a regular tattoo.
When performed by a trained medical professional, permanent make-up can appear natural and attractive. The tattoo or makeup may be applied to any part of the body and to all age groups, popular uses include; enhancing the eyebrows, altering or enhancing the color of the lips, adding or augmenting beauty marks and creating permanent eyeliner and lip liner.
The procedure is relatively painless: your plastic surgeon will use a local anesthetic to numb the area where the tattoo is to be placed. Depending on the type of cosmetic tattoo, the procedure usually takes anywhere between 30 minuets to 2 hours.
Recovery time is relatively fast, after mild swelling and redness accompanying the procedure, most patients are able to return to work or other activities the very same day.
It can take up to six weeks for the pigment to become permanently incorporated in the desired location. During this time there will be a slight fading of the pigment as some of it is removed by your body and some tattoos may appear crusty for a few days as the pigment dries. To counter act this natural response, a slightly greater amount of pigment than you actually need to achieve your desired results will be placed at the time of your procedure.
There are of course risks involved with the treatment. The greatest risk is having an untrained individual perform this procedure. Cosmetic tattoos are available everywhere and there are not necessarily regulated.
Achieving perfect results requires knowledge of the skin, the structure of the face and lots of experience. Knowledge in color theory and how color theory relates to the pigment in skin is also essential as our natural pigment contributes greatly to final color.

Could anyone give me advice on How much does it costs to have permanent eyeliner in Thailand compared to the U.S.?
hi iam visiting bankok and like to do permanent makeup-eyeliner can you recommend
This depends on where in the US you have it done. I had it done in New York and the eyeliner, for upper only, was about $350…
I just had permanent eyebrow makeup done this passed Wednesday. There is still a little swollen areas and it was quite painful. Could you please tell me how long I will have to wait before I apply soap and water to my eyebrows?
Thanking you in advance. I am currently applying cream to my eyebrows and being very careful. The artist only said not to stand under the shower faucet…whatever that means.
Thank you again.

Permanent Eyebrow Aftercare
Most permanent cosmetic technicians provide a prescription for an after care ointment. This cream should be applied for 10 days after the procedure to prevent the brows from getting dry, which can alter the overall look of the finished permanent eyebrows. It’s normal for redness and swelling to persist for days after the cosmetic procedure. The sun as well as hot tubs or pools should be avoided. Normal healing happens when the brows get darker and look softer; this is indication that healing is occurring.
Swelling: Very slight. A little redness in the immediate area.
Moisture: Keep the area of pigmentation moist 4 times per day: morning, night and twice in-between with aquaphore for a minimum of 3 days. If a crust appears on the pigmented surface Do Not Force The Removal By Picking, Scratching or Washing! Pigment May Be Removed Along With The Crust!
Avoid for 1 week:
* Soaps, facial cleansers, water on pigmented areas
* Washing pigmented area
* Chlorine pools
* Retin-A on pigmented areas
* Makeup on pigmented area for 5 days, including non-allergenic
* Hot, steamy, long showers
* Sun on pigmented areas
* Jacuzzi or saunas
* Terry towels on pigmented areas
* Shower with your back to the water to avoid water, shampoo and conditioner from getting into the pigmented areas. Have a sufficient amount of Shea Butter or Shea Oil on the pigmented area during showers.
Do not be alarmed by fading after the first application. The final color cannot be judged until at least 3 weeks after the touchup applications are completed. This is the reason follow-ups are required.
