Got the Cansema....have already removed two quarter sized 3/4 " deep eschars. My skin is almost totally healed up and no scars!! I have more areas of my skin to try and am so glad I found Cansema. We have also used it to determine cancer n a friends pet....and my husband has discovered a 'spot' on his chest and is now using it.
