She didn’t choose to have a deviated septum which can cause breathing problems, so she had hardly any choice to get surgery or not!

a deviated septum is a medical condition- she wasn’t being vain. It can create sinus problems, obstruct nasal passage, cause breathing problems and alter your original physical appearance. She’s in the spotlight and was really candid about getting the procedure because of how she feels about unnecessarily altering your appearance. Get a grip there buddy. Post your own pic up Mr. I’m so CRITICAL. We think she’s great.

people really dont read properly the only reason she got it is because she had problems like she had hard time breathing and it was goin in another direction seriously peoply can be stupid

Ummmm……a lot of people get deviated septums corrected. I don’t think she got ‘a nose job’, deviated septums do cause a lot of problems with your sinuses and it’s worse when you are sick. A deviated septum can also be the major cause of something called chronic sinusitis which is reaccurring until you get it fixed, and chronic sinusitis can be very very painful.

for any one on this site who has any thing bad to say, you know if you had the money and if you were being watched constantly by millions of people; youd surgically alter your appearance if you felt you needed it. as far as ashley tisdale.. she messed up her nose she looked better before.

I really like how sweet Ashley is as well as Hilary Duff. So many of the other young actresses grew up and went wild and got into so much trouble. So far, these two have stayed true to themselves and the public and are just sweethearts (that I know of.)
