Try a skin care range from “good things” it is expensive but worth it, also, if you want a cheaper but effective face wash use a range called “skin wisdom” face wash and moisturizer.

I have crystal clear skin since i started using nappy cream over night on my spots, it drys them up and keeps them invisible! You can use any nappy cream but i use “Morhulin”, leave it on for a good 12 hours, and use it religiously for 10 days and you will notice a massive difference!

What i do is wash your hair every other day so your face does not get as greasy, wash your face NO more than twice a day otherwise it will just annoy the skin and the spots will become more red.

tie your hair up when you go to bed into a pony-tail or bun, it will keep your hair smooth and silky and make your face clearer.

I hope all this helps, if you really are determined to make your face clearer then cut down on the unhealthy snacks in general, and you will see an improvement!

I had acne and I went to the Doctors about it when I was 13 years old, all the prescription did was make my face more dry, redder and my face became more infected with spots, therefore i stopped. What i use now is a skin care range for young people called “good things” It is more expensive than most high street spot cosmetics, but it is really worth getting it, if possible! You buy the range from Boots, Superdrug and some Supermarkets.

Also, every evening I put a generous amount of “Morhulin” on the effected areas and leave on over-night; (which is actually nappy cream), but it drys the spots up and leaves your skin looking and feeling fabulous and it is reasonably cheap. You can buy the cream from all Supermarkets. It is very worth getting, even if you just use that with soap, your face will improve massively.

Remember to always moisturize, even if your skin is very oily, you can buy an oil free moisturizer from “Clean and Clear” and that is very good.

Try all these things and you will find a huge improvement in several days, remember be persistent with any cosmetic product as it takes a few days to make any visual improvements to your skin.

HY YOU SHOULD TRY Zynerit I had tried it and it worked. i had problems with my acne for 4 years. And now when i saw how well it works I was very happy.

I am 11 years old. Currently at the stage where i get zits. Gettiong info from an 11 year old may not sound the best but trust me. Read on. I tried pro-active but i started getting a rash on my face, so of course i stoped usng it and went to my doctor. She gave me an artical to help me learn what to do and what not to do. ( it helped) But she told me to try the neutrogena face/body wash. And benzoyl peroxide. Then after 6 to 8 weeks all of it should clear up. I’ve been using it and all my acne is almost gone! and its only been 1 week! The peroxide may burn but its sooo worth it. You can find the face/body wash at a local drug store. But the peroxide you may have to ask your doctor about. I will leave another message soon to tell you if it works but it already is. Thank you.

With all respect i beg to say that i have Lots of acne on my face nowadays it increases i don’t know why and the whether gets hot day by day and my face is competly oily ..Plz sir give me any cosmatic name that remove my acne spot and my face gets red day by day i also want to remove it thanks
