Aditya Romeo Dev Worlds Smallest Bodybuilder Gaining International Recognition from Being The Guinness Worlds Record Holder
An Indian bodybuilder who stands at less than 3 feet tall holds the world record for being the worlds smallest body builder, and is now gaining international recognition.

Aditya “Romeo” Dev from Phagwara, India is just 2 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs less than 20 pounds. Romeo is famous in his hometown for his ability to lift 3.3 pounds (1.5kg) dumbbells despite his overall 19.8 pounds (9kg) body weight.
“I’ve been training as a bodybuilder for the last two years, and by now I think I must be the strongest dwarf in the world … My size has never stopped me.”
Unlike many dwarfs, Romeo is well proportioned, with a head circumference of 15in (38cm) and a chest measurement of 20in (51.cm).

“My size has never stopped me. I train with dumbbells and do aerobics and dance. People are always pleased to see me. I have been invited on TV shows and dance on stage.”
Romeo’s parents have always offered their support and in return they say that Romeo has been a great source of inspiration.

“He has never been bothered at being so small. He has no inferiority complex. He is the jewel of our family,”
